Our Physical PCB to Gerber File Conversion service helps recreate digital manufacturing files
from an existing printed circuit board. If you have a physical PCB but do not have the original
design files, we can analyze the board and generate accurate Gerber files required for PCB
manufacturing.
Using detailed inspection and reverse engineering techniques, we study the circuit layout, track
routing, pad sizes, drill holes, and layers of the existing PCB. The generated Gerber files allow
the board to be reproduced, modified, or manufactured again without needing the original design
